Jordan,
You inspire your brother, quite a bit!
Jacob: (standing at the bottom of the stairs looking up at Jordan)
Jordan: (looking down at Jacob)
Jordan: Come on Jacob. You can do it. Go go go!
-----------------------
Jordan: The tiger is downstairs. Come on, Mommy. You tell the tiger to go home (stamps foot at go home).
Jordan: (opening the door to the garage)
Jordan: I have to tell him mommy (while opening the door).
Jordan: fussing with much animation and finger shaking
Jordan: Bad tiger! I told you blah blah blah. You go home. Bad Tiger
Jordan:(closing door)
Jordan: Mommy, tiger go home now.
Jordan, Mommy loves you to pieces and loves reading to you. I can't wait until you read this so you can tell me what was on your mind and why you are so enthralled with tigers. ;-)
Love you, Mommy

Things Jordan says
I never knew how funny kids could be until I had one of my own.
Here are a few recent comments.
My mom spent a month with us after Jacob was born. One night, after she had been "put to bed (I use that term loosely) my Mom checked on Jordan. My Mom tells Jordan to go to sleep and Jordan says "Nooooo, its dark in here". We have no idea where she heard this or how she picked it up but it was funny. So funny that my Mom started to laugh. Then Jordan starting laughing. Then I started laughing. Now Jordan says this occasionally when you try to put her to sleep.
------------------------------------------
I'm trying to minimize my use of the words NO and STOP. Somehow we've gotten into the habit of saying "not nice" when Jordan is doing something we'd rather she not do. "We don't hit people Jordan. Not Nice." Anytime she sees Mommy and Daddy hugging, she starts waving her hands in the air and saying "Not nice! Not Nice!". Hilarious!
